The Sisters of Charity of Nazareth have been in ministry in Kathmandu and in the rural areas of Nepal since 1979. Our Sisters are safe, accounted for, and are now beginning to work to meet the needs of those affected by the earthquake. Right now, they need our help.

Donate now to earthquake relief in Nepal, and 100% of the money will go directly to SCN ministries in Nepal and help people in need.

Funding will first help provide water, sanitation, hygiene, shelter and food. Later, money will be used to support longer-term ministry, recovery and rehabilitation efforts in the affected areas.

Ironically the Sisters were attending an earthquake crisis management workshop when the quake occured.
