Saint Vincent is not just an organizer on paper, a theoretician. His activities and his capacity as organizer are seen above all in practice, in the reality of his charitable works— tasks undertaken with a precise vision of needs, painstaking distribution of the different functions among the workers, and synchronized coordination of all their strengths and available resources.
