foto_web16Good news from Ukraine – three ordinations to the priesthood in Congregation of the Mission

Archbishop Mieczyslaw Mokrzycki ordained as priets three deacons of the Congregation of the Mission of St. Vincent de Paul – Fr. Basil Zinych CM (Blessed Trinity Parish, in the Velykiy Berezniy in Transcarpathia), Fr. Sergey Pavlisha CM (St. George the Martyr Parish, in Tura-Remeth in Transcarpathia) and Fr. George Havlyuk CM (Transfiguration Parish in Nyzhni Petrivtsi in Bukovina).

After the ordination, the celebration continued in the Transcarpathia. On Saturday, June 28 newly ordained Fr. Sergey Pavlish CM celebrated  a Mass of Thanksgiving  in his native village of Tura Remety that in district of Perechyn. Almost all priests from Vice Province of Sts. Cyril and Methodius attended with many other guests.

The next day, Sunday, June 29 in the Velykiy Bereznyj Missionaries, visitors and parishioners of Holy Trinity Parish gathered for a solemn liturgy, where in his native village Fr. Basil Zinych CM thanked God for the gift of priesthood during-the Primicial Holy Mass.
