The video “Journey of Vincent”, a biography of St. Vincent de Paul, has been viewed over 6,400 times since it was uploaded to YouTube 6 years ago. In fact it ranks as our second most popular YouTube video of all time.
Now, just in time for the Anniversary of the Founding of the Congregation of the Mission on January 25, we have reissued the Journey of Vincent in Enhanced Definition. Take a few minutes to revisit this classic.
It was originally produced in 2002 by the Vincentian Center for Church and Society at St. John’s University as a means of telling the story of Vincent and his collaboration with St. Louise. It has been used very frequently in orientation programs for people working in Vincentian institutions.
PS From time to time we have been asked about translation of the narrative into other languages. If you know someone with narration skills in other languages please contact us using the Contact Us link.
