During the UN’s 10th Economic and Social Council Youth Forum, which marks the start of “A Decade of Action: Building a Resilient Recovery,” the five ECOSOC NGO’s comprising the Vincentian Family at the UN will host an event: “HOMES FIRST: STRATEGIES TO PROMOTE YOUTH EMPOWERMENT POST COVID-19”. We will be joined by Vincentian family members from Niagara University, Vincentian Family Homeless Alliance, and St. John’s University, hearing from youth who have persevered after being homeless and hearing some recent research. Members of the Vincentian Family will be exploring avenues for future advocacy.

The event is on April 6, from 9-10:30 AM Eastern.
