Once again, CVV was humbled to participate the Denver’s Marade (nope, that’s not a typo!) and celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. What a powerful time to come together as a Denver community committed to justice for all. There is still work to be done! #Wewillmarch

A banner we carried, referencing Dr. King’s “Letter from A Birmingham Jail,” displayed commitments made by this years CVV and other volunteers at a collaborative gathering this past November. These commitments were to creatively work toward justice in our communities. By carrying this banner in the Marade, we reflected once more on those goals and re-committed ourselves to our missions.
