Podcast Interview with Regine Theodat
Regine Theodat, a Haitian-American lawyer, left a complex criminal and civil legal practice in Boston, Massachusetts and relocated to Haiti in 2010. She currently serves as the national coordinator of the Vincentian Family Haiti Initiative where she oversees activities relating to human, social, economic, and business development.
Regine is also the co-owner of MyaBèl, a comprehensive gastronomy brand in Haiti. The concept is simple – authentically Haitian ingredients brought to you directly from the farm to the table. MyaBèl has a full-service Haitian-fusion restaurant and a packaged foods and beverage line. The food line includes craft sauces and cocktails.
Regine earned her Bachelor’s degree in managerial marketing and political science from Simmons College and her Juris Doctorate (JD) from Northeastern University School of Law.
