Dear Leader in the Vincentian Family Movement,
May the grace and peace of the Lord Jesus be always with us! The Vincentian Family Executive Board reminds you that you are cordially invited to our Second Vincentian Family Convocation:
“Keeping the Fire Burning: Vincentian Synodality in Action” (14 – 17 November 2024 in Rome, Italy).
You are invited to attend if:
- You are the leader (and / or a member of the leadership team) of a Branch (on the Provincial or International level) of the Vincentian Family;
- You are the chief executive officer (and / or a member of the leadership team) of a Vincentian institution, such as a hospital or health care service, university or educational institution, social service agency, etc.;
- You are responsible for the Vincentian Mission in a work of the Vincentian Family, providing formation in the Charism to our collaborators;
- You are the chief executive officer (and / or a member of the leadership team) of a Foundation established by a Vincentian entity to continue the mission of charity in a locale into the foreseeable future;
- You are a member of a National or Regional Council of the Vincentian Family or hold a similar position within the Family;
- You are a young adult committed to the Vincentian Charism working in a leadership role; or
- You are in a ministry situation that parallels the above examples.
Each of us is blessed with a special understanding of the Charism, and your attendance, input, and advice are vital. This invitation is for all who call themselves “Vincentian” whether or not they formally belong to a Branch of the Family.
Please remember that in our original invitation, each congregational leader was asked to consider inviting at least one younger member of your community to this Convocation.
If you have not yet registered, we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to do so as soon as possible. You are responsible for registering for both the Convocation as well as for whatever accommodation you choose to make for your stay in Rome.
