The Board of Trustees for Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland, is interested in adding another woman religious on their board. The by-laws require 4-5 members who are sisters/priests/brothers and currently there are three with one person completing a term at the end of this year. With the school’s historical relationship with Mother Seton, John DuBois, and Simon Brute, it would be great to have another representative from the Sisters of Charity Federation on the board.
