This past Friday, July 19, was the anniversary of the date in 1813 when St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and 17 other Sisters of Charity of St. Joseph’s pronounced vows for the first time, adapting the vows of the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul.
