Congress Should Keep Funding Home Visiting – It works.   The title of this article got me thinking about home visiting as the most “radical” or “basic” anti-poverty program.

Although the article speaks of just one form of home visiting,  Maternal Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) , I am sure our friends in the St. Vincent dePaul Society affirm this on a much wider scale… and can give much anecdotal support.
