On the first Sunday of Lent, February 26, 2023, the Vincentian Marian Youth (VMY) in Ethiopia was officially established with an opening Mass that was presided by Bishop Gebre Medhin C.M., Apostolic Vicariate Jimma Bonga.

There was a great number of priests, and thousands of people came to participate in the Eucharist celebration.

We share this great joy with the VMY and the Vincentian Family in Ethiopia for this historical day.

We thank God and Mother Mary for the presence of the VMY in Ethiopia and for the increasing number of members in this country.
