India has been hit particularly hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Volunteers have distributed food parcels to more than 20 different organisations, including homes for women with disabilities, homes for people with HIV, and orphanages. They have also distributed protective clothing (gloves, masks, face shields, etc.) to various hospitals run by religious congregations.
