During this free, 90-minute interactive session (conducted in English), Sr. Cj Willie, SC, will offer examples of Vincentians responding in locations around the globe to the needs of other humans as well as our Earth and all creation: including homelessness, poverty, job training, education, the climate crisis, biodiversity loss, and ecological sustainability. This Vincentian Family response is a much needed and true sign of hope in our world today.
About the presenter: Sr. Caroljean (Cj) Willie, SC, PhD., is the program director at Earth Connection, an environmental center affiliated with the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati and adjacent to Mount St. Joseph University in Delhi Township, Ohio. She served for eight years at the United Nations as the N.G.O. representative of the Sisters of Charity Federation, and has worked and traveled in Africa, the Carribean and Latin America.
