On April 4th, 2020, Saturday, at 4:00 PM (Brasilia’s local time) or at 7:00 PM (UTC), the 16th President General, fellow member Renato Lima de Oliveira, will take part in the third edition of the “Talk Show with President General.”

This initiative is aimed at increasing transparency and fostering dialogue within the Council General, by bringing the President General closer to all the members of our Conferences, Councils and Special Works. The President stated:  “I do hope to clear up doubts and answer questions raised by my dear Vincentian brothers and sisters, especially during this difficult time of the coronavirus pandemic”.

This will be an opportunity for the members worldwide to make comments and ask questions in three languages ​​(Portuguese, Spanish or English). We kindly request that Vincentians who speak other languages​ (Italian, French, German or Arabic) to ask their questions in English, Spanish or Portuguese.

This live talk show, (which will be broadcast for at least one hour), will be televised on Facebook’s Ozanam TV (www.facebook.com/ozanamtv). Prior editions of the talk show, which were held last year on August 10 and October 27, have received excellent feedback from the worldwide Vincentian community (the Society, the Vincentian Family and other Vincentian branches).

We kindly request other fellow members and Superior Councils to share images and the corresponding link on their respective Facebook pages while the show is airing so that as many interested people as possible can follow the interview and take advantage of this opportunity to have direct contact with President General.
