The Famvin Homeless Alliance was present at the first meeting of all the Vincentian branches that took place in Rome from the 8th to the 12th of January 2020 under the motto The Vincentian Family Moving Forward. More than 100 branches came together at the Patristic Institute Augustinianum, where the Vincentian work on homelessness was high on agenda.

FHA Coordinator Mark McGreevy and Commission member Sister Karol Kehaan DC had the chance to present the work of the Alliance and the 13 Houses Campaign. Mark McGreevy said:

“It was great to be at this historical gathering of all the leaders of the Vincentian Family branches. The Vincentian spirit is alive, and I have great hopes for even for substantial collaboration in the future.”

You can watch Sister Carol presentation on the 13 Houses Campaign on this video (with a sneak peek of the video we will launch soon)

Mark McGreevy was also interviewed on EWTN News Nightly. You can watch the live interview here.

FHA team members Yasmine Cajuste, Project Development Coordinator, and Natalie Monteza, 13 Houses Campaign Coordinator, also attended this historical meeting.
