VFCAP Meeting in Buenos Aires (Argentina)

by | Nov 11, 2019 | News, Vincentian Family

On the weekend of September 6, 7 and 8, the Vincentian Family of the region of Buenos Aires, Argentina, carried out the Vincentian Family Collaborative Action Program (VFCAP).

Some 45 people from different branches of the Vincentian Family V (HC, VMY, SSVP, CM, AIC, VINCENTIAN MISIONARY GROUPS, VINCENTIAN BROTHERS OF ZAGREB, VINCENTIAN COLLABORATORS, LADIES OF CHARITY and VINCENTIAN TEACHERS) met. Due to various circumstances, the AMM and the SISTERS OF JOANNE ANTIDA THOURET could not participate.

The meeting was held in a school of the Daughters of Charity. It was an intense day of prayer, formation, reflection and work. There was a fraternal atmosphere, in which the members of the different branches got to know each other and were able to share experiences of mission and service.

The program was carried out by the provincial collaboration team, composed of priests, seminarians and lay Vincentians and included the participation of Remberth Falla Zuloeta, member of the SSVP of Peru, and member of the Vincentian Family for Collaboration at the international level.

We trust that the Lord will continue to accompany and enlighten us so that we, as members of the worldwide Vincentian Family, can respond to the cries of of the poorest and most marginalized. May we also continue to create and strengthen our bonds as Vincentians.
