On June 21 and 22, at the DePaul Vincentian Formation and Advancement Center in Macul (Chile), a meeting of Vincentian Student Leaders was held. 60 students from grades 4 to 6 from several educational centers participated, accompanied by teachers or other adults.
The themes of the meeting were Vincentian Leadership and Commitment to the Church.
The objectives of the meeting were:
- To encourage reflection and exchange of the characteristics of Vincentian leadership organized in an affective and effective way.
- To strengthen advocacy and leadership in social realities, to build a more just and charitable Chile through Systemic Change.
- To define and specify work strategies in the different Student Centers, to encourage committed participation among students.
We congratulate all those who participated in this endeavor and we support them in their commitment to carry out and live the Vincentian charism.
