Sisters of Charity of Nazareth

The Sisters of Charity of Nazareth at Nazareth Convent High School, Vasai, celebrated World Environment Day by organizing an energetic Environment Week. The experience was packed with activities aimed at promoting sustainability among students and society.

The Sisters of Charity of Nazareth have long dedicated themselves to the service of the elderly, blending compassion with practical support to address their physical and emotional needs. Such efforts ensure that elders live with dignity and a sense of belonging.

In an effort to address the growing needs of senior citizens facing financial constraints, LIFE (Living Independently in Full Existence) in Belize has initiated an “Adopt-a-Senior” program.

A lay missionary group traveled to Belize in February under the guidance of Sister Luke Boiarski, SCN to build a home, in Sister Evelyn’s honor, for Dorla and her 6-year-old grandson, Tephawn.
