Sister Mª Jesús, DC, shares her missionary experience in Senegal, where she lives among the poorest people with simplicity, closeness and dedication, responding to their needs in health, education and inclusion. Her testimony reflects how the Vincentian charism is incarnated in everyday life.

Fr. Mavric invites every member of the Vincentian Family to take one very concrete step; that is, every member is to bring one new candidate to one of the branches of the Vincentian Family.

To be a missionary is to leave one’s proper world and one’s secure place in the world in order to enter the world of the other; it is to leave one’s place in order to enter the place of the poor and to accompany the poor with the gospel.
