Between July 15 and 20, 2019, our President General, Renato Lima de Oliveira, will be in New York (USA) where he has a full work schedule.

A video called “Seeing the Unseen” from the St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco shows how Vincentians are serving the homeless population and lets us hear from some of their clients.

Gilmara, who previously had no source of income, has now become a confectioner. She sells decorated cakes.

We must be clear that the 21st century Vincentian is different from our predecessors. We cannot “do charity” in the same way as 10, 20 or 50 years ago.
