Last Saturday marked the ten year anniversary of the House of Charity (HOC) in New Orleans, and we at the Future of Charity (FOC) blog want to celebrate their milestone.

Let 2020 be the start of a new decade and one in which we renew our commitment to being Vincentians. Let us remember why we are Vincentians.

The challenge and encouragement was for all of us to value and read our Bibles more vigorously—even as we prepared to listen to its word as a Church.

Vincentians can be the storytellers to policy makers and others who may never “see” poverty in all of its forms.
