On May 8, a meeting took place at the Leonian College on Pompeo Magno 21 in Rome, organized by the Vincentian Social Center. The college contributes to the costs of services, and the Center receives help from many benefactors, including Pope Francis.

On March 25-26, more than 600 persons participated in this event during which time they offered prayers to Blessed Marta Wiecka, who has become known in the Ukraine and in many other places throughout the world.

Coming from a retreat on “Integral Ecology: Reclaiming our Eco-Human Spirituality” held at St. John’s University, I have been thinking that for our Vincentian family it will be important to have a new formation that connects contemplative and prophetic mysticism with our charism.
