The next time you watch a flock of geese, pause for a moment — think about what they can teach us about ministry in general and, especially, “long-haul” ministries of systemic change.

For me, it has been a journey from thinking of the Trinity as a puzzle to be solved to realizing the Trinity is a model for my life.

Savor the good times, and yes, even the challenging times. Community is absolutely incredible, and so much more than a simple definition could ever capture.
