    If you have a video on your phone or in a file on your computer: some video files are quite large, over 25MB. This is too large to send by email. Contact us at vfo@famvin.org and we'll work with you to find a way to send it.

    Consent for Use of Images and/or Video

    I, the undersigned, authorize the use of the attached photographs, vocal recordings, and video recordings by the Vincentian Family Office for the famvin.org website. I understand these may be used in displays, professional journals, or other publications, on the websites famvin.org and vinformation.org, on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, and other electronic mediums for the purpose of promoting or informing the public about the Vincentian Family.

    I waive all rights that I may have to claims for payment of royalties or other compensation in connection with use of these images and/or recordings.

    I understand that images posted on social media websites may be accessible to others who are not necessarily affiliated with the Vincentian Family. I also agree to let the Vincentian Family Office/Famvin post submitted text for use on the websites and other electronic forms of communication of the Vincentian Family.

    I release the Vincentian Family, its contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of minor children. I attest that I have the authority to authorize the Vincentian Family Office to use these photographs, videos, audio, names, and text.

    Submit on images where you have clear rights to publish the image. Landscape oriented images need to at least 900px, although 1200px or more is quite acceptable.
