On September 27, the Vincentian Family NGO representatives at the UN presented a virtual event in celebration of World Cities Day, October 30.  The group represents five Vincentian organizations: the DC, AIC, SSVP, CM and the SC Federation.  The event focused on cities, the pandemic and the problem of evictions. Over 50 representatives of other NGOs accessed the presentation and found the event relevant and a powerful call to continue building effective collaboration to respond to the devastating impact of family evictions, one of the many tragedies caused by the pandemic. In February and March, our NGOs at the UN will be presenting virtual webinars on how social ills especially impact women and girls. Click the picture below to access the video:
