Father Astor Rodriquez reminds us that one of the oldest Vincentian prayers is a  prayer for vocation.

Oh, hope of Israel, its savior in time of trial, look down with favor on this vine and remain with it. Water its furrows, multiply its branches and render perfect the work of Your Hand. The harvest abundant but the laborers are few. We pray the Lord of the harvest, to send laborers into His harvest. Increase your family and add to its joy that the city of God may be extended. This house is Yours, O Lord, this house is Yours. Let there not be in it any stone that your hand has not placed therein. And those whom you have called, keep them and sanctify them in truth. Amen. <
