Niagara Ph.D geared to systemic change leadership

The Niagara University Ph.D. Program in Leadership and Policy offers an innovative and unique model in preparing established doctorate-level qualified leaders who can implement systemic change to further organizational and community goals. The  program focuses on the mission of Niagara University in bringing social justice and empowerment of those most in need to the forefront of research and provides a course of study in which professionals from various disciplines become change agents. The program is designed to prepare scholars to become effective leaders in shaping, implementing and evaluating policy in international, cross-disciplinary and diverse contexts.

    I am most impressed with these actions taken by the Vincentian Fathers in furthering the systemic change process. I think systemic change is the process to use for the future growth in vocations for our Congrgations.
