Haiti: Bishop and head of the UN Mission killed

The Bishop of Port au Prince, Msgr. Joseph Miot, aged 63, was killed in the quake as well as the head of the UN Mission, Hedi Annabi.
“The cathedral, the archbishop’s office, all the big churches, the seminaries have been reduced to rubble,” Archbishop Bernardito Auza, the apostolic envoy to Haiti, told the Vatican news agency FIDES.1 Comment
