What Day …? a Vincentian Family Calendar
Have you ever asked, “What day is that?” A calendar can be a helpful thing. Since we just moved the Solemnity of St. Louise de Marillac from today to May 9, we thought it would be a good thing to remind you that at famvin.org, there’s a calendar called Vincentian Calendar: Feasts, Heritage and Events. If you didn’t just try that link, look above on the grey menu bar where it says calendar.
On it you’ll find the dates of the liturgical memorials, feasts and solemnities of the Vincentian Family, as well as the dates of important moments in Vincentian Family history. Many of the calendar entries are linked to information on famvin.org. Also, you’ll soon be finding more and more about events of the Vincentian Family worldwide — as long as you send us the information by way of the form below the calendar — and events of the Vincentian Family Executive Committee and the commissions and programs that collaborate within the Vincentian Family Office.
If you’re a digital calendar user, our calendar is based on Google technology and it is available for inclusion by either searching for it by name within your Google Calendar settings, or you can download the most recent ICAL data and import it to your personal calendar.
Finally, if you have a website or Vincentian blog and you’d like to include this calendar, here’s a PDF file with the embed code. Have a great day (or month, or year, depending on your calendar view!)
