VFCAP 2014 DAY1 (62)Vincentian Collaboration Final Day – The final day of VFCAP was a morning of future planning and an afternoon in Clichy.  Marty Martin prepared participants for the creation of their MAP (My Action Plan). Time was spent on creating SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, result-oriented, and time-bound) and other research based tips.  However, that was just the beginning of the plan! There were a number of pieces of the plan to prepare for actions, obstacles, leverage strengths, resources and support, accountability… Marty Martin walked the group through the process and coached participants as they worked on their MAP.
In the afternoon, the group went to Clichy for the closing Mass. It was a beautiful Eucharist celebrated by Fr. Greg Gay.  Aspects of the Mass were done in Spanish, French, English and Portuguese. There was a special blessing for VFCAP participants by Fr. Greg and each received a Vincentian pin and later a certificate
Most of the VFCAP participants will remain for a workshop on VFCAP Methodology on Saturday in order to provide the program for various regions and cultures.
