Denise Mattson  write sto share a few photos  from the Vincentian Family Haiti Initiative’s (VFHI) July 28-29 board meeting in Philadelphia.

The first photo shows two members who are rotating off the board and were attending their last meeting as board members. Yasmine Cajuste and Sr Rosa Maria Sanchez.

The other four photos depict a lovely picnic the Philadelphia house hosted in our honor in their beautiful courtyard. This friendly house, where the Haiti project coordinator Rev. Joseph V. Agostino, C.M. resides, has welcomed board members from Haiti, San Francisco, New York and Chicago several times, and we are very grateful for their generous hospitality.

 It allows  us to continue the important human and economic development efforts this initiative is implementing to reduce poverty among the Haitian families we serve.
