First video of establishment of new DC Province USA

The new St. Louise Province was established July 31, 2011. The YouTube site writes “this video is an amateur video of the installation ceremony at the Basilica of the Assumption in Baltimore, MD.” More than 400 sisters were in attendance as well as Sr. Evelyne Franc, Mother General and Fr. Gregory Gay Superior General.
