Sisters of Charity prominent in telling the story of women religious in the US
Srs. Judith Metz SC and Barbara Hagedorn, SC are among the key organizers of the the LCWR sponsored exhibit “Women & Spirit: Catholic Sisters in America,†the untold stories of independent American women who helped shape the nation’s social and cultural landscape is a subject of a traveling exhibition that will make its National debut at Cincinnati Museum Center May 15, 2009. See also the Catholic Telegraph (Cincinnati) article for more background.

Hopefully it will point to the future as well. There may be more venues for the exhibit throughout the country once it opens. Those with contacts with museums will be key to making those links.
