MOZAMBIQUE

Fr. Jose Luis Fernandes, National Priest Advisor of JUMAR (VMY of Mozambique,) sent us the Annual Statistics wherein they underscored the presence of about 1000 members from 20 groups in seven Centers. Seven DC Sisters and four CM Priests collaborate in the advisorship.

JAPAN

There are now five new sister advisors assigned by the DC Visitatrix, Sr. Madeline Hara, to work on the establishment of the VMY in Japan. They are: Srs. Suzanne Mc Mahon, Vicentia Samejima, Assumpta Ogawa, Lucia Higashi and Teresa Lieu.

PHILIPPINES

Sr. Catarina Chu, DC, Sister Advisor of VMY Los Altos (USA), came to the Philippines to participate in the convention and to get to know more about the Association. On May 1, a Last meeting was organized at Colegio de la Inmaculada Concepcion in Cebu City with different officers sharing about the pillars of the Association: Formation, Spirituality, Apostolate and Collaboration in the Church. The National President also graced this meeting and shared about the VMY in the Philippines.
