January 22, 2004

“Nineteen new Visitors of the Congregation of the Mission participated at the six days training program (January 12-18) at the Casa Maria Inmacolata. The Superior General, the Council members, the Econome General, Secretary General, and the Procurator General were all present to share with the new visitors some important aspects of the provincial administration. The “The Guide for the Visitor” was the main Instrumentum laboris.

“In addition, there were liturgical celebrations, fraternal conversations, group reports, daily Eucharist and morning prayers. Father Robert Maloney repeated the idea of having “anima” which really encouraged the new visitors to work with enthusiasm for the good of the province. During the last day, there was an evaluation program wherein the visitors expressed their thanks and great hope for the future.”
