New Vincentian Prayer Book on the Web

All of the Vincentian Provincials have received a CD containing files to
produce a book of “Prayers and Invocations” – actually, prayers,
invocations, antiphons and songs — to be used by the members of the
Congregation.
Modeled on the traditional “formulary”, the CD contains
models for a prayer book to be produced for each province. The models have
been made available in MS Word and MS Publisher formats. Fr. Robert
Maloney, the Superior General, hopes that each province will adapt the model
to their own needs, adding local material to complete their own book.

The models were produced in English, French and Spanish in a web-based,
collaborative project contributed to by confreres all over the world.
Produced in its current form at the Curia, the project was managed through a
“web galley” constructed at http://www.vrcusa.com
, and that web-site now functions as a publication resource center to assist
the provinces with their task.

Have a look at what’s there and contribute to the process. We’re looking for
new material to share, and humbly accept any corrections that you might
spot. If you download any of the materials, please respect the copyrights.
