”A Place at the Table”

Among the items to be discussed at the Fall meeting of the US BIshop’s is a docuiment entitled “A Place at the Table: A Catholic Commitment to Overcome Poverty and Respect the Dignity of All Go’ds Children”The Aim of this document is to raise awareness in Catholic parishes re: issues of poverty at home and abroad.

ANother item of inteerest to Vincentians a joint pastoral letter to be issued by the US and Mexican Bishops. This will be the first such joint effort and will deal with the issues of migration.
