2. Intellectual Property
The Vinformation Foundation is the owner, and has the corresponding licence, of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the website.
All the contents of the website, including the graphic design, source code, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs and other elements that appear on the website, unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of the Vinformation Foundation.
Under no circumstances shall it be understood that the User’s access and navigation implies a waiver, transfer, licence or total or partial assignment of these rights by the Vinformation Foundation, over any other right related to its website and the services offered therein.

3. Use of the page

The Vinformation Foundation and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Philadelphia (USA), unless the applicable regulations in each case prevent the parties from submitting to a specific jurisdiction.
