CIF course especially designed for the Vincentian Family in 2021

by | Jan 18, 2021 | News, Vincentian Family

Dear brothers and sisters, each year I send you a list the activities of the CIF for next year. We anticipate that by August 2021 there will no longer be risks with the Covid-19 Pandemic. We are also aware of the need for formation in the Vincentian Family.

The International Center for Vincentian Formation offers courses that help us in our Ongoing Formation. Tools are given to that enable the participants to discover this treasure that is the Vincentian charism. I only ask that you send individuals who have a true desire to be formed.

As you know, all the sessions are held at the Mother House of the Congregation of the Mission at 95, Rue de Sèvres. 75006 Paris, France. The conferences will be given simultaneously in English, Spanish and French. In all the Encounters there are visits to Vincentian sites (the themes and places may change from one year to the other). We also attempt to lead the participants to grow in prayer and community.

The CIF team works so that those who participate in these sessions have a memorable experience. Therefore, we invite you to participate in the 5th CIF FOR THE VINCENTIAN FAMILY. Date: August 2-26, 2021. Cost: 1900 euros.

Since the Mother House of Paris has many visitors every year, we must confirm our participation as soon as possible. I will respond to your e-mails, sending you the registration form and all the necessary information.

Remember that many countries require a visa to enter France. This process is usually longer than what we think, so we must do it well in advance and present the documents that the French government requires of us. Without these required documents, we cannot obtain the visas. To begin the process, the French government asks for the following documents: photocopy of passport; date of entry and exit from France; photocopy of travel medical insurance (which is not the same as a photocopy of your social work). As stated above this should be done well in advance of one’s planned departure. For those who do not need a visa, registration is quite simple: complete the form that is sent to you.

We will be waiting for you with open arms and hearts. We know that the participants will then return to their places of origin more capable of providing more affective and effective service on behalf of the poor. I wish you all a blessed year of the Lord 2021. Your brother in Mary and Saint Vincent.
