St. Vincent de Paul Social Services is both honored and excited to announce that we have been awarded a HUD grant to provide supportive services to 40 chronically homeless men and women with diagnosed disabilities in a new project called Key Terrace.

What’s up?

They are partnering with Miami Valley Housing Opportunities, Daybreak, and the YWCA, in this new venture. Their partners have been providing intensive and extensive services to the homeless population in our community for many years and are well known and highly respected in the community.

“Miami Valley Housing Opportunities is excited to work with St. Vincent de Paul to provide housing opportunities at our new housing facility, The Key Terrace. Together, we will provide the people we serve an opportunity to have safe and affordable housing that offers services they need to maintain their housing stability. We will continue to strive for a community where everyone has a place to call “Home”!”
~Debbie Robinson, President & CEO MVHO

“YWCA Dayton is part of a strong confluence of organizations that are committed, dedicated, and fearless in providing impact through programs to support the Montgomery County safety net. This collaboration with St. Vincent DePaul, Miami Valley Housing Opportunities and Daybreak continues to show our shared vision for our community. YW is excited about expanding this collaborative impact to the Key Terrace community and using it as a model for further quality service delivery.”

The Society is looking forward to collaborating with all of their new partners to deliver the best client service and develop the best methods, procedures, and tools to help their clients overcome previous housing barriers, stabilize in housing, find employment and income, and develop skills necessary to maintain housing and employment well into the future.
