Sr. Elizabeth Sjoberg (videos) has posted a brief video “A Day in the life at a Daughter of Charity novitiate”. It is very effective in itself and a fine example of how social media such as Facebook can be used in the service of our charism.

One special tip! You must be registered Facebook member to see the video. Let it be an additional invitation to join Vincentian Family on Facebook. This video is worth to watch and make friends with other Family members worldwide
Toma of Poland makes an excellent point about joining Facebook.
Almost everyday I see more and more members of the Vincentian Family on Facebook. Members of the Daughters of Charity, the Congregation of the Mission, the Vincent dePaul Society, etc. are using this vehicle to reach out to the more than 130 million users, most of whom are college educated. The fastest growing segment are those over the age of 25 and have college degree.
