Sr Evelyne Franc DC writes… “I share with you today that Sister Germaine Price has been chosen to carry out this service [representing the Company of the Daughters of Charity at the United Nations.] Sister Germaine is originally from the Province of Saint Louis (USA), and was sent to the Province of Romania in 1999. Having completed the mission that was entrusted to her in that Province, she is now available and has generously accepted this new call.
Sister Germaine has lived in several missionary countries for a anumber of years, an experience which will certainly benefit her in her new service.
The goal of her new mission is to bring a voice to those who are voiceless, drawing support form the grass-roots experience of the Daughters of Charity, brigning the richness of the charism of our Founders to work with the Church in an international organization.”
