2-15 October were memorable days for Sisters Bridget Cullen, Agnes McGarvie, Pauline Forde, Maura Houlihan and Kathleen Fothergill as they joined Daughters of Charity from the other English Speaking Provinces in the Rue du Bac for a Vincentian Heritage Session led by Sisters Marie Poole, Betty Anne McNeill and Marie Raw.”For me personally it was a wonderful experience to touch again the rich and all-embracing history of the Community of the Daughters of Charity. I became reacquainted with St Vincent & St Louise and stood in awe at the memory of our First Sisters. We happily walked the streets of Paris, not alone but with the many people who had trod these paths before us and to whom I owe a great debt.
