The Vincentian Family of the region of Rio de Janeiro (Brasil) has prepared a course on Vincentian Missionary Formation to prepare the laity with greater depth in their missionary vocation. Its objectives and content are to deepen the vincentian charism and spirituality, to give a deeper sense of the missionary vocation of the laity, and specifically of the Popular Missions of the Vincerntian Family, to strengthen the missionary spirit for service with the poor, to search for answers to the challenges presented in the vincentian mission in the areas of the social, political, economic and cultural reality, to prepare pastoral agents for the Popular Missions of a brief time in the vincentian family.
