Among the changes you will find links to the online version of their International journal VINCENPAUL and notification of the pending release of the definite version of the new Rules and the International Statutes of the “Confederation of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul”. It is to be released in 5 languages. (French/original, Spanish, English, Portuguese and Chinese).
