On September 11th, millions will be praying for peace. How can we best
remember those who have died through violence and war? I think they would
want us to strive for the peace for which all hearts long. Don’t we often
feel at a loss for an outward gesture to express this longing?Last year immediately following that day, tens of thousands lit candles on
our site. In fact, the overload caused our server to break down. This
year, we have a more solid set-up, and hope to reach 100,000 candles.
Please join us in sending waves of peaceful thoughts into the world, and
