Fr. Robert Maloney, Director General of the AMM, announced in a letter to the Visitors and Visitatrixes, written on June 10, the appointment of Fr. Charles Shelby, C.M. as International Coordinator of the AMM. At the same time, he named a Coordinating Council of the International AMM whose members are: Janusz Zwolinski, C.M., Sr. Marie Yonide Midy, D.C., and Martha Leticia Tapia (AMM – Mexico).
The appointment of this Coordinating Council responds to one of the proposals put forward by the participants in the First International Meeting of the AMM (Rome, 2001), in the sense of “creating an organized international structure for the Association.”
Among the tasks proposed for this Council is the work of animating, forming, and spreading the AMM.
