The SVDP international website celebrates 10th anniversary of a meeting wiht now Blessed John Paul II. “On February the 14th the Holy Father receives in Rome the then President General of the SSVP, the fellow member José Ramón Díaz-Torremocha together with the rest of the ICC members; he read a message to us where he says that the SSVP expresses: “an eminent way of charity carried out on all continents through the service to the poor which is, as Monsieur Vincent liked to remember, a way of serving Jesus Christ”.”
