The Superior General gave an updated report on Father Jean-Pierre Mangulu, CM from the Province of Congo who has been sent to Haiti to assist the Vincentian Family in creating projects for our Zafen website. The process of development in Haiti is slow, yet, our efforts as a Vincentian Family both internationally and locally are moving ahead.
